1. Deposit Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your event booking. This deposit secures your reservation and is not eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
2. Cancellation by the Client
Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the event:
The deposit will be retained, but any additional payments made will be refunded, minus any applicable administrative or processing fees.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the event:
No refunds will be issued. The client will be responsible for the full payment as per the agreed terms.
3. Cancellation by Grand Prism Hotel
In the unlikely event that Grand Prism Hotel must cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, property damage, or government restrictions), a full refund of all payments made will be issued.
4. Postponement or Rescheduling
If you wish to postpone or reschedule your event, please notify us at least 14 days in advance.
Your deposit and any payments made will be applied to the new event date, subject to availability.
Additional charges may apply if the new event date incurs higher costs.
5. Force Majeure
Grand Prism Hotel shall not be held liable for cancellations or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government-imposed restrictions. In such cases, refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
6. Refund Processing Time
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within [business days from the date of cancellation approval.
The refund will be issued through the original payment method used during the booking.
